What the app stores
Discord, Google, or email sign-in provides basic account information used to create a profile, manage events, and save RSVPs.
Account email addresses and profile details are visible only in the private administrator area for account support, trust decisions, and abuse prevention.
Player names, selected profile pictures, favorite games, and community memberships are public. Real names and email addresses are not displayed on public player profiles.
Play-session data, RSVP choices, moderation actions, and connected community source identifiers are stored in Supabase.
Pending submissions, moderation reports, community invite tokens, connected source identifiers, account roles, and moderation restrictions are not public.
External services
The app uses Discord, Supabase, Vercel, GitHub Actions, and public PS2Online data to provide its core features.
Requests
Use the Contact / Report page to request correction or deletion of community or account-related data.
